Join the Oak Room and Central Bottle for Cocktail 201 in which we will explore how to use Liqueurs, Amari & Aperitivos in your cocktails at home. Explore several unique and complex flavors, and gain a confidence to use certain products to add that “little something” to your Dinner Night, Super Bowl Party or just for your own enjoyment.
The event will include a tasting of multiple spirits within the “Liqueur” and “Aperitif & Digestif” categories. We will also discuss basic cocktail techniques and methods that can be easily utilized at home. An Entree from the Oak Room’s regular food menu will be available for each ticketed guest. The night will conclude with a round of custom cocktails, designed by YOU, to see what you learned and make the first step in using these ingredients in your own cocktail escapades. Central Bottle will be open afterwards for guests to purchase products in which they are interested.
